Your data will not be available after our support inbox closes on November 22, 2023. You will need to export your data - to do this, please reference this article to export your campaign data, and this article to export your opt out lists. Additionally, we have created a tool to export data that is not included in the normal exports. If you would like this data, please fill out this form by November 22, 2023 and we will process your request.

Your 10DLC registration is tied to Politics Rewired’s account with The Campaign Registry as well as our downstream aggregator, and cannot be transferred to another provider. If you will resume texting with another provider, please contact them about their 10DLC setup process. If you are a 527 organization, you should be able to avoid an additional payment to Campaign Verify by following the steps below.

When you create a 10DLC brand with a new provider, you will need to provide a new Campaign Verify token, distinct from any previous tokens you’ve used to sign up with us. The process for creating a new token for an election cycle you have already been vetted to send messages for is quick and free.

To create a new token, please login to Campaign Verify, and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find a button to Create an Authorization Token.

Please click this button to create the new token you will provide to us. The new token will be displayed underneath your existing tokens.

Some users may need to enroll in Multi Factor Authentication with Campaign Verify to complete this step, although many of our customers will not need to.

Once you have generated your new token, please provide this to your new provider.

We will continue normal texting operations through November 15, 2023 at 9pm local time. After this date, you will no longer be able to start new texting campaigns, send messages, or reply to existing campaigns. You will have access to your Spoke instance until November 22, 2023 in order to export data. After November 22, 2023, your Spoke instance and all associated data will be unavailable to access, including by Rewired staff. Please let us know of all inquiries and requests as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate them.

You will receive a final invoice for November usage which will be due 30 days after it is sent. Please ensure you pay this invoice via Stripe promptly, as our assignee may elect to send your invoice to a collections agency if the invoice remains unpaid after the due date. If you previously have paid by check and are unable to pay via Stripe, please reach out to us immediately with the subject line "Final Invoice: Unable to pay" in Stripe so we can provide you with updated address information.
